NRC, "Response to Commission Order to Modify License for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization," dated January 27, 2003 (3) Letter from Keith R. Jury (Exelon Generation Company) to U. S. NRC, "Revised Response to Commission Order to Modify License for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization," dated March 26, 2003 In Reference 2, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), responded to the Order issued by the NRC in Reference 1. The NRC in a telephone conference call on March 18, 2003, requested a clarification of our response to Compensatory Measure (CM) B.1.1 which was provided in Reference 3.

Subsequently, the NRC requested further clarification regarding our CM B.1.1 response.

AttachmentA provides the revised response to the Order for CM B.1.1 which also supersedes the associated response provided in References 2 and 3.

Attachment A contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information." EGC therefore requests that the Enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
