In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2), Duke Energy Progress, Inc., is providing a report of changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48(c). The report is for both Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations (ISFSls) at H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2. There have been no changes made to the ISFSls pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48(c) since the previous biennial report submitted on February 8, 2013 There are no regulatory commitments made in this submittal.
