REPORT" FOR REFUELING OUTAGES 21, 22, 23, AND 25 Ladies and Gentlemen:

Carolina Power and Light Company, also known as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is providing an addendum to "Submittal of 90 Day Inservice Inspection Report," from Refueling Outages 21, 22, 23, and 25. The reports were prepared in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, 1995 Edition, 1996 Addenda, Article IWA-6000. The enclosed forms were not included in the reports. These forms include work activities associated with Flow Element (FE)-

476, FE-486, and FE-496 that were completed during Refueling Outages 21, 22, 23, and 25 at the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
