By letter dated March 24, 2008, H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2, provided a report of changes made in Revision 7 of the Physical Security Plan (PSP) and Revision 5 of the Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP). The PSP and SCP apply to HBRSEP, Unit No. 2, and the two associated Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations. The changes made in these revisions were determined to not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of these plans.

On June 4, 2008, the NRC requested additional clarifying information via telephone regarding the HBRSEP, Unit No. 2, submittal. The attachment provides the requested information.

There are no commitments associated with this letter.
