By letter dated April 29, 2004, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (PEC), submitted a response to the April 29, 2003, NRC security-related Order EA-03-086 for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2. Based on subsequent telephone discussions with the NRC, PEC is providing the NRC a revised HBRSEiP, Unit No. 2 Justificationfor Alternatives. The revised HBISEP, Unit No. 2 JustyicationforAlternatives (File #001), supersedes in entirety, the content provided as File
- 007 in the April 29, 2004, submittal.
