In accordance with 10 CFR 74.15, Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., formerly known as Carolina Power and Light Company, is submitting in computer-readable format both the supplier's and receiver's portion of the Nuclear Material Transaction Report. The data is contained on the enclosed diskette in the files entitled "YUD-YNF-83S.txt" and "YUD-YNF-83R.txt" in the ASCII character format. Fuel receipt inspection was completed on February 24, 2004.
