By letter dated August 10, 2001, the 90-day inservice inspection (ISI) summary report was submitted for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP), Unit No. 2, Refueling Outage (RO)-20. In the pressure test summary of that report, it was stated that the remaining pressure tests required for the third inspection period of the third ISI interval would be completed and a summary report of these remaining tests would be provided with the Code Required Volume (CRV) relief request at the end of the third interval.

The CRV relief request was submitted by letter dated February 11, 2003, and it did not include the additional pressure test summary information. Review by ISI personnel at I-BRSEP, Unit No. 2, had concluded that the additional pressure test summary information would be more appropriately provided within the RO-21 90-day ISI summary report for HBRSEP, Unit No. 2. However, the determination to include the additional pressure test summary information within the 90-day ISI summary report for RO-21 was not made in sufficient time to include that information. Therefore, this letter is being provided to supplement the RO-21 90-day ISI summary report with the additional pressure test summary information, which is provided in the attachment to this letter.

This information is being provided for completeness of the RO-21 ISI summary report and no additional action is requested. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me.
