Dear Sir or Madam:
By Reference 1, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy), submitted a request to revise the River Bend Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report to credit makeup to the ultimate heat sink in less than 30 days to account for system leakage and for operation with more than one division of standby service water in operation.
It has been subsequently determined that the technical basis for that request requires further development. Accordingly, Entergy hereby withdraws that amendment request.
