Dear Mr. Bundy:
In accordance with the guidelines in Revision 12 of NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Duke Energy Progress, LLC is providing the enclosed outlines for examinations scheduled to begin the week of August 10, 2026.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 55.40(b)(3), Mr. Mark Santalla, as the designated authorized representative of the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, has approved these outlines for examination of the applicants.
As required by Revision 12 of NUREG-1021, Section ES-1.3, "Exam Security," please ensure that these outlines are withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
