5 SB ISV During monthly testing on March 20, one inboard Main Steam Isolation Valve exhibited a delay in opening after successful closure.

Pending the completion of further testing to assure safety functions were not af fected, one Main Steam Line was isolated and power was conservatively reduced to 80%.

Upon successful completion of the testing, normal plant operation was resumed on March 28.

SUMMARY

Perry-l experienced I forced pcuer reduction in March for reasons stated above.
