This letter is PPL Susquehanna, LLC's (PPL) response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Request for Additional Information (RAI) (Reference 3) dated November 9, 2011. The NRC requested additional information regarding PPL's 60-day response to Bulletin 2011-01, "Mitigating Strategies."

The attachment to this letter forwards the responses requested within 30 days of the date of the NRC's letter to provide the additional information regarding mitigation strategies programs for 10 CFR 50.54(hh)(2). The attachment to this letter contains Security-Related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390.
