3.2.1 3-6 38-43 There is no reference for the information listed regarding the surficial aquifer. Much of this information is reported in the SLR ER (FPL 2021-TN12166) in Sections 3.6.2.1, 3.6.2.5, and 3.6.4.2.

Appendix C

C-8 4-5 An acronym for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is defined later in Appendix C (pg. C-25, line 27). Suggest defining here since it is first use and change all subsequent mentions of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to FWC.

3.7.2 3-38 13-14 The citation (FPL 2025-TN12487) should be moved to after the sentence, There have been no thermal limit exceedances since the submittal of the St. Lucie subsequent license renewal ER, because this is where the information is included, rather than in the citation (FPL 2021-TN12166) as implied by current placement.

2.1 2-1 22-23 Section 2.1 states information from Section 2.2 of the ER, which is an incorrect reference for the numbers presented, i.e. the megawatts-electric (MWe) output is not stated correctly:

ER Page 2-2 and states: The maximum potential cold winter electrical output is approximately 1,052 MWe for Unit 1 and 1,072 MWe for Unit 2 (NRC 2012a, Section 2.3.1).

DSEIS page 2-1: Each steam and power conversion system, including its turbine 21 generator, is designed to permit generation of a gross electrical output of approximately 1,026 megawatts-electric (MWe) for Unit 1 and 1,045 MWe for Unit 2.

3.2.1 3-6 5-6 For clarity and to align with ER, suggest add to the end of the sentence on lines 5-6 and Big Mud Creek to the north.

The DSEIS states: The St. Lucie site is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Indian River Lagoon to the west.
