Letter, T. J. Jordan to NRC Document Control Desk, "License Amendment Request - Revision to Proposed Amendment to Technical Specifications for Steam Generators," dated October 5, 2004 (NOC-AE-04001794)

STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby submits a correction to the referenced letter. STPNOC had not deleted two tables listed in the Technical Specifications Table of Contents that are to be deleted by the proposed license amendment request. Additionally, a "deletion" page has been added to account for the Technical Specification pages that will be deleted by the approved license amendment request. The correctly marked-up Table of Contents page and "deletion" page are provided with this letter.

This is an editorial error that has no impact on the safety evaluation performed for the license amendment request.

There are no new commitments in this letter.
