Gentlemen:
In the above reference, the District submitted a proposed amendment to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Facility Operating License for NRC review and approval.
Subsequent approved amendments to the CNS Facility Operating License have revised two of the CNS Technical Specification pages that are contained in the reference.
This letter provides updated CNS Technical Specification pages for Proposed Change No. 79 that incorporate all amendments to the CNS Facility Operating License through Amendment 142 issued May 22, 1991.
