Revisions to Proposed Change No. 23 to Technical Specifications Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 On July 2, 1986, Nebraska Public Power District submitted Proposed Change No. 23 to the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications for review and approval. As a result of their review, the staff had concerns regarding the action statements for various APRM Reactor Protection Trip Function Limiting Conditions for Operation.
The attached revised page 28 of Proposed Change No. 23 addresses these concerns and is acceptable to the staff.
