Revision to Proposed Change No.16 to Technical Specifications, Definition of " OPERABLE" In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District submitted Proposed Change No.16 to the Technical Specifications for review and approval. This submittal was revised by Reference 1 to reflect the resolution of various NRC Staff questions on the Proposed Change. Additional staff questions on the definition of OPERABLE were received and resolved with the resulting revised pages contained in Attachment 1.
These revised pages incorporate all amendments to the Cooper Nuclear Station Facility Operating License up to and including Amendment 95 issued November 21, 1985.
