The purpose of this letter is to advise NRC Region 1 of the completion of all corrective actions associated with a violation identified in Reference 1. The NRC took no enforcement action for this violation because the criteria of Reference 2 were met. Consistent with Reference 2, Entergy was requested to provide written notification to the NRC Regional Office as to the date of closure of the identified issues. The Attachment identifies these
