2007 Annual Radioactive Material Release Report and Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report Please find as Enclosure 1 to this letter, a copy of the 2007 Annual Radioactive Material Release Report for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC). This report satisfies the requirements of Offsite Dose Assessment Manual (ODAM) Section 8.2.1 and Technical Specification Section 5.6.3. to this letter contains a copy of the 2007 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report for the DAEC, pursuant to the requirements of ODAM Section 8.2.2 and Technical Specification Section 5.6.2.

This letter contains no new commitments nor does it revise any existing commitments.
