Anderson is appointed Vice President, Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) and is the company's duly authorized officer, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30, for the DAEC. Accordingly, all future correspondence concerning the DAEC, include Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, should be addressed to Mr. Anderson, as follows:
