SUMMARY
OF PUBLIC MEETING On May 14, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public meeting to discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance at Seabrook Station.
During the first part of the meeting, the NRC staff presented the Agencys assessment of the safety performance at Seabrook Station for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 11, 2025.
A copy of the letter can be accessed through the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), Accession Number ML25069A517. Following the presentation, an opportunity was provided to the members of the public for questions. The following NRC staff provided presentations and answers to questions during the meeting: Matt Young (Branch Chief, Division of Operating Reactor Safety), Travis Daun (Senior Resident Inspector, Seabrook), and Nate Mentzer (Senior Project Engineer, Division of Operating Reactor Safety).
