Mr. Poy:
I am writing to notify you of a change in the Radiation Safety Officer for Oregon State Universitys special nuclear materials license SNM-2013. Effective immediately the RSO will be changed from Daniel Harlan to David Horn. David has served as OSUs Assistant Radiation Safety Officer for 12 years, and completed a masters in Health Physics at OSU in 2013. David has been designated as the RSO for OSUs Oregon broad scope license ORE-90005. Dan retired from OSU January 31, 2025, and is remaining in a part-time position through June 2025 to assist David.
