NuScale Power, LLC Submittal of the NuScale Standard Design Approval Application, Revision 2 NuScale Power, LLC (NuScale) is pleased to submit the Standard Design Approval Application (SDAA), Revision 2. NuScale submits Revision 2 in accordance with requirements of 10 CFR 52 Subpart E, Standard Design Approvals. NuScale requests NRC review, approval, and granting of standard design approval for the US460 standard plant design.

With this letter, the SDAA Revision 2 is submitted electronically via the NRC EIE with separate attachments for corresponding public or nonpublic versions for each part or chapter not previously submitted. NuScale requests that the attachments containing Security Related Information (SRI) be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR § 2.390.
