HI-STORM FW Amendment 10 Response to Non-Proprietary RSI 3-1
Dear Mr. Nguyen:
Holtec International appreciates the NRC's ongoing review of the application to amend Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 72-1032 for the HI-STORM FW MPC Storage System. This letter submits the response to the staff's request for supplemental information (RSI).
The updated response to the request is contained in Attachment 1 non-proprietary version. contains the revised pages of the Certificate of Compliance Appendices.
Attachments 3 and 4 contain the affected pages of the HI-STORM FW FSAR in proprietary and non-proprietary versions. All changes to the FSAR and CoC related to this amendment are shown in track change versions, with changes related to the RSis specifically highlighted in yellow for clarity. Supporting proprietary documentation is included as Attachment 5. Please note that Holtec is not requesting review and approval of this document, but it is provided to pre responsive to the reviewer's request.
Since some attachments to this letter contain Holtec proprietary information, an affidavit requesting this information be withheld in accordance with 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment
