By letter dated July 11, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24193A281), TN Americas LLC submitted an amendment request for certificate of compliance No. 9382 for the Model No. TN Eagle spent fuel package. The application was accepted for a detailed review on September 3, 2024 (ML24242A258).
