This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.
Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss the License Termination Plan (LTP) submitted by the licensee for the Vallecitos Boiling Water Reactor (VBWR), to take verbal comments and questions on the VBWR LTP, and describe how to submit written comments related to NRCs review.
