If you could review and let me know if this hits the mark. The only thing we have not done is to identify the GETR and VBWR containment buildings as eligible for listing because that is called out in our submittal - but this draft can be modi"ed.
Interested in your thoughts on this draft - Chris indicated that we may be able to discuss following tomorrows Endangered Species Act Determination discussion.

- Hello, I just got o the phone with the CA SHPO and he (Ed Carroll) had a few questions/clari"cations. He indicated that he is writing a letter asking for some clarifying bits of information. One ask is for a list of all the site buildings, by number and location on the site [i.e., the VNC], their date of construction/age, eligibility for listing and building use. This list and details will help him to better understand if this should be considered a district or individual resources (VBWR & EVESR). I am okay with either determination as it should not impact the review schedule just so we know up front rather than discover it is a district later while we are developing the MOA. I would like to get him the list prior to his sending a letter to the NRC, I think it will answer some of his questions and help him make a better informed decision.
I oered Ed a meeting with the licensee to gain clarity - he indicated that he would like to send the letter "rst and then we can have a meeting. I also oered him a site visit - he was keen on doing this.
Overall is was a positive conversation and I think we will all be able to work together eectively!
The consultation letter for the tribes is in e-concur and the current plan is to send prior to acceptance. Please let me know if there is any concern with this plan - Michelle and I have spoken about it and OGC indicated they though it would be okay.
