B-11 AMENDMENT NO. 25 Effective August 27. 2025, Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 between NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 21, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is amended by the deletion of license number DPR-1.
