Dear Mr. Self:
On August 27, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML25232A197), the NRC terminated Facility License No. DPR-1 for the Vallecitos Boiling Water Reactor (VBWR). The enclosure to this letter contains two signed originals of Amendment No. 25 to Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 which is being issued to reflect the termination of the VBWR license. Please sign one original and return it to the NRCs Document Control Desk as proof of acceptance. Please retain the other original for your records.
