In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on April 3, 2023, I requested that you review the Japanese Certificate of Approval No. J/2044/B(U)F, Model No. JMS -

87Y-18.5T transport package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System

[ADAMS] Accession Number ML23101A035 and EPID L-2023-DOT-0005). On June 14, 2023, you sent a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding this review. This request addressed both proprietary and non-proprietary information.

I have enclosed our reply to your RAI. The enclosure contains our cover letter, our appli cants response for non-proprietary information, our applicants re sponse for proprietary information and an affidavit to support withholding propr ietary information.
