ThefollowingsupplementstotheHermesconstructionpermitapplication(CPA)identifiedinthe HermesSE(Reference1)areprovidedbelowwiththeirapplicabilitytotheHermes2CPA:

TransmittalofResponsestoNRCQuestions2.31and2.32ontheHermesPreliminary SafetyAnalysisReport,datedFebruary3,2022(Reference2)

ThissupplementprovidedrawmeteorologicaldataandARCON96inputandoutput filesfortheHermesReactor.Theresponsetoquestion2.32identifiedaformatting errorinthemeteorologicaldataandanerrorinthechronologicalorderthefiles werelistedinfortheARCON96run.Theseerrorswerecorrectedandtheupdated sitespecific/QvaluesweresubmittedtotheNRCbyletterdatedMarch1,2022 (Reference12).

TherawmeteorologicaldataandtheARCON96inputfilescontainedinthis supplementareapplicabletoHermes2.Theupdatedsitespecific/Qvalues submittedtotheNRCbyletterdatedMarch1,2022arealsoapplicabletoHermes2.

Thissupplementandtheupdatedsitespecific/QvaluessubmittedtotheNRCby letterdatedMarch1,2022followingcorrectionoftheerrorsidentifiedinthe supplementisapplicabletotheHermes2CPA.Nochangesarerequiredtothe Hermes2PSARbecausetheupdatedvaluesprovidedintheMarch1,2022letter havebeenincorporatedintoHermes2PSARTables13.21and13.22.

KairosPowerResponsetoNRCQuestions2.41,2.42,and2.43forPSARSection2.4on HermesConstructionPermitApplication,datedFebruary8,2022(Reference3)

ThissupplementprovideddescriptionofhowthefloodelevationshowninPSAR Table2.42wasdeveloped,statednodamsafetyupdateswereidentifiedforNorris orMeltonHilldamssince2014,andincludedthesubmissionsofflooding evaluationsreferencedintheHermesPSAR.

ThissupplementisapplicabletotheHermes2CPAwithoneclarification.Inthe responsetoquestion2.41,HermesEnvironmentalReportFigure3.42,FEMAFlood Hazards,isreferencedasprovidingthecurrentlyavailableFEMAmapthatindicates thattheestimated100yrand500yrfloodplainsremainwellbelowthesite footprint.FortheHermes2EnvironmentalReport,theFEMAFloodHazardsare providedinFigure3.21.

ThissupplementisapplicabletotheHermes2CPAwithoneclarification.The approximatedepthsofweatheredrock,thetopofsoundrock,andtheplanned excavationdepthfortheHermes2reactorlocationsmaybedifferentfromthe approximatedepthsspecifiedfortheHermesreactorlocation.Nochangesarerequired totheHermes2PSARbecausethechangestoFigures2.52and2.53describedinthis submittalhavealreadybeenincorporated.

Thissupplementprovidedconfirmatoryinformationthattheapplicationforan operatinglicensewillshowtheselectedcoolantchemistrysamplinglocationstobe wellmixed,representativesamplesofthecoolant,theinertgassystemwillbe capableofmeasuringboththeairandmoisturecontentofthecovergas,the entiretyoftheinertgassystemcanbeperiodicallyleakchecked,andtheinertgas systemisnotneededtocontrolthehotcelltemperaturereferencedinthePebble HandlingandStorageSystemMalfunctionEvent.
