OF THE JUNE 8, 2023, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS NRC STAFFS PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS ON UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT URBANA-CHAMPAIGNS APPLICABILITY OF NRC REGULATIONS TOPICAL REPORT On June 8, 2023, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML23159A036) the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a public meeting with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) staff to discuss NRC staff's preliminary questions (ML23151A544) on UIUCs applicability of NRC regulations topical report (ML22343A282). UIUCs slides used during the meeting to support the discussion can be found in ADAMS at ML23158A252. Based on the discussion during the meeting, UIUC indicated that they would supplement their topical report to address the NRC staffs questions.
No comments from members of the public were provided after the business portion of the meeting.
