May 25, 2023 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Licensee: Constellation Nuclear Facility: Clinton Power Station Docket No: 50461 Date and Time: Wednesday, June 14, 2023 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (CDT)

Location: Clinton City Hall Council Chambers 118 W. Washington Street Clinton, IL 61727

Purpose:

The NRC staff will host an open forum to present the NRCs assessment of safety performance at Clinton Power Station for 2022, as described in the 2022 annual assessment letter.

Following the presentation, the NRC will respond to questions specific to the safety performance of the station and the NRCs role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: Robert Ruiz, Chief, Branch 1, Division of Operating Reactor Safety Jeffery Steward, Senior Resident Inspector, Clinton Arsalan Muneeruddin, Resident Inspector, Clinton Others, as designated Public Participation: This is an Information Meeting with a Question-and-Answer Session: The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments toward regulatory decisions at this meeting.
