INFORMATION MEETING (OPEN HOUSE) WITH A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO DISCUSS NRC 2022 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT 1

Dear David Rhoades:

This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct an information meeting (open house) with a question and answer session on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDT in the council chambers of the Clinton City Hall in Clinton, IL, to present the NRCs assessment of safety performance at the Clinton Power Station for 2022 as described in the 2022 annual assessment letter. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting. In addition, members of the NRC will be available to discuss the assessment of performance.
