In Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), proposed a License Amendment Request (LAR) for approval of the Enrichment Technology-United States (ETC-US) Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. In Reference 2, LES provided a revised ETC-US SPPP. In Reference 3, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) responded with a request for additional information (RAI). contains the answers to the questions in Reference 3. Enclosure 2 contains the marked up pages of the ETC-US SPPP. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized.

The enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
