In Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), proposed a License Amendment Request (LAR) for approval of the Urenco USA (UUSA) Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. In Reference 2, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) responded with a request for additional information (RAI). contains the answers to the questions in Reference 2. Enclosure 2 contains the marked up pages of the UUSA SPPP. Revision bars, strikethroughs, and underlines were utilized.
The enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1 ).
