INC is submitting for your approval OAP rev 15.
Inc has revised its OAP to Revision 15. We have incorporated the use of EPID L-2020-TOP-0011 to sec 18.0.5 allowing suppliers of testing or calibration services may be qualified by audit.
survey or review of third-party certifications as allowed by EPID L-2020-TOP-0011 and listed on the Approved Suppliers List for the related certified scope of work. Per discussion with NRC, this revision is considered a degradation of quality, therefore NRC approval is required .
