INC is submitting for your approval QAP rev 14.
Inc has revised its QAP to Revision 14. We have incorporated the use of RIS 2016-01/NEI 14-05A, Revision 1 to sec 18.0.5 allowing suppliers of testing or calibration services may be qualified by audit. survey or review of third-party certifications as allowed by RIS 2016-01 and described in NEI 14-05A Revision 1 and listed on the Approved Suppliers List for the related certified scope of work. Per discussion with NRC, this revision is considered a degradation of quality, therefore NRC approval is required .
