SUBJECT: INDUSTRIAL NUCLEAR CO., INC. - RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mike Rose:
This letter refers to Industrial Nuclear Co., Inc.s (INCs) letter dated October 27, 2021
(Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No.
ML21320A198), in which you provided a response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
(NRC) Notice of Violation (Notice), dated August 9, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No.
The NRC has reviewed your response and understands the actions taken or being taken by INC
to address the violations identified in the Notice. No additional questions have been identified at
this time.
The NRC is currently planning to perform a follow-up inspection at your facility in calendar year
(CY) 2022 to review your corrective actions for adequacy and ensure adequate implementation
for continued regulatory compliance.
No response to this letter is required.
