NRC Inspection Report NO. 71-0062/2021-201 and NOTICE OF VIOLATION Inc would like to apologize for not responding To the NOV within the 30 days. Due to the global pandemic INC's lead auditor has been confined to his home base and was not able to respond in a timely matter. We appreciate the 30 day extension and should have our response completed and submitted within that extended time period.
