Dear Ms. Atack:

The purpose of this letter is to provide American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's (ACO) responses to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) request for additional information as Enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 provides the supplemental proposed changes to security plan SP-3605-0043,American Centrifuge Operating, LLC Classified Distributed Control System (DCS) Information System Security Plan (ISSP). Supplemental proposed changes are noted in yellow highlights. On April 19, 2021 and May 11, 2021 (Reference 1), staff from the NRC and ACO held conference calls to discuss clarifications needed in relation to ACO's DCS ISSP submittal dated April 1, 2021 (Reference 2). Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Security-Related Information and, in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), contain Official Use Only information. Therefore, ACO requests these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CPR 2.390(d)(l). Additionally, Enclosures 1 and 2 have been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by the DOE, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected rJ from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CPR Part 810. ;t/ /AD o S
