Oyster Creek Registration of Spent Fuel Cask Use and Notification of Permanent Removal of All Spent Fuel Assemblies from the Spent Fuel Pool In accordance with the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations 72.212(b)(2),
Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) is providing the attached information to register the use of approved spent fuel casks at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
Additionally, this letter serves to notify the NRC that as of May 21, 2021, all spent nuclear fuel assemblies have been transferred out of the spent fuel pool and have been placed in dry storage within the ISFSI.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
