Cost Benefit Guidance Update Date(s) and Time(s): May 19, 2021, 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM EST Location: Webinar Category: This is an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to present four draft appendices to NUREG/BR-0058, Revision 5, Regulatory Analysis Guidelines of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, that are intended to guide the NRC staff to cost-benefit analysis source data and document references and serve as a knowledge management repository. This meeting will facilitate public comment on the draft appendices that were issued for public comment on April 16, 2021.
