This covers closed meeting sessions requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1), which relates to correspondence and reports to or from the NRC which contain information or records concerning a licensee's or applicant's physical protection, classified matter protection, or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material not otherwise designated as Safeguards Information or classified as National Security Information or Restricted Data.

Purpose:

This is the third technical meeting between the NRC and TRISO-X staff to seek clarity on supplemental information to resolve the programmatic management measures requests for additional information

Comments: This closed meeting is part of a series of technical calls to resolve requests for additional information related to the TRISO-X license application. It is distinct from the public meeting on the TRISO-X review status scheduled from 1-1:30pm on June 17, 2024.
