Purpose:
The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct a partially closed meeting with representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and the fuel cycle industry to discuss the designation of fuel facility structures as items relied on for safety (IROFS), as requested in their letter dated May 23, 2024 (ML24159A731).
