Dear Mr. Rose:
By letter dated December 18, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML20363A167), you submitted an application for a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for the Model No. Outer Pack-Raw Material Shipping Container transport package. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff performed an acceptance review of your application and determined it contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review.
We have established a schedule for the review and estimated that the staff may need approximately 750 hours0.00868 days <br />0.208 hours <br />0.00124 weeks <br />2.85375e-4 months <br /> to complete its review. The schedule allows for the staff to issue a request for additional information (RAI) in June 2021 and, if a second RAI is not needed, a CoC in September 2021, based on you responding to the first RAI in July 2021.
