TOPICAL REPORT, ANP-10348P, REVISION 0, FLUENCE METHODOLOGIES FOR SLR (EPID L-2020-TOP-0045)
Dear Mr. Peters:
By letter dated July 31, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20223A016), Framatome, Inc. (Framatome) submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10348P, Revision 0, Fluence Methodologies for SLR [subsequent license renewal] (ADAMS Package No. ML20223A019), to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval. ANP-10348P provides improved computational methods and qualification for application of Framatomes reactor vessel neutron fluence methods to SLR applications.
The NRC staff technical review of this TR is ongoing. The NRC staff determined that a regulatory audit is needed in order to facilitate the review. The NRC staff will perform a virtual regulatory audit on February 1 - 5, 2021. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the plan the NRC staff will follow on the audit.
