SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN EXEMPTION REQUEST SUPPORTING UPDATED FINAL RESPONSE TO NRC GENERIC LETTER 2004-02 (EPID L-2018-LLE-0015)
Dear Mr. Moul:
By letter dated August 30, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18243A043), you applied for an exemption to the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 (Seabrook), Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-86. The proposed request would have exempted Seabrook from the single failure criterion of general design criteria applicable to Region II loss-of-coolant accident break sizes. Subsequently, by letter dated November 19, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20324A623), you withdrew the exemption request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn, and EPID L-2018-LLE-0015 is closed.
