Dear Sir or Madam:
Request (LAR)15-001, Revision to Technical Specification (TS) 3.8.1, "AC SOURCES--
OPERATING," dated March 31, 2020 (ML20091H586)
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) hereby submits a supplement to the license amendment request for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP)
Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications in connection to LAR 15-001, Revision to TS 3.8.1, AC Sources
-- Operating requested in Reference 1.
The following items describe the supplemental changes to Enclosure of Reference 1 based on communications between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Vistra OpCo on September 29, 2020.
- l. Section 2.2.1, TS 3.8.1 Surveillance Requirements witlz a specified Diesel Generator frequenctJ band of the original Enclosure was revised to include SR 3.8.1.12 in the bulleted list of surveillance requirements.

Section 2.4.1, TS 3.8.1 Surveillance Requirements with a specified Diesel Generator frequenctJ band of the original Enclosure was revised to include SR 3.8.1.12 in the bulleted list of surveillance requirements.

Section 2.4.1, TS 3.8.1 Surveillance Requirements with a specified Diesel Generator frequenctJ band of the original Enclosure was also revised to replace < and > with ~ and ~ for consistency of symbol usage throughout the license amendment request. to TXX-20088 provides updated Sections 2.2.1and2.4.l which replace Sections 2.2.1 and 2.4.1 of the Enclosure to Reference 1 (TXX-19064). The changes described above are noted by vertical change bars in the right margin of Enclosure 1 to TXX-20088.
TXX-20088 Page 2 of 2 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(l), a copy of the supplement for the proposed license amendment is being forwarded to the State of Texas.
Vistra OpCo has determined that this supplement does not change the No Significant Hazards Consideration provided in the Enclosure submitted by Reference 1.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
