Dear Mr. Peters:
By letter dated June 30, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access Management System Package Accession No. ML20188A238), Framatome Inc. (Framatome) submitted a request for review and approval of Errata to Topical Report (TR) BAW-10241PA, Revision 1, BHTP DNB Correlation Applied with LYNXT Topical report. The proposed Errata to the TR details minor changes to BAW-10241PA, Revision 1.
The NRC staff conducted a virtual regulatory audit to increase their level of knowledge and understanding of the changes to TR BAW-10241PA, Revision 1, on August 18 through 20, 2020. The results of the audit will provide additional support for the NRC staff safety evaluation of the TR. The audit report is enclosed.
