Dear NRC Staff,

I strongly object to the Holtec Consolidated Interim Storage Facility due to the unmet safety and security risk analyses for the scale of transport and storage proposal and the earthquake risks at the site as well as so many other safety concerns.

I instead support hardened on site secure safe storage.
